
Chia Prebiotic Pudding Cups

This chia pudding can be whipped up in a flash and packs over 10 g of prebiotic goodness per serve.
Ingredients
50g chia seeds
1 tbsp Fertile Gut
cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
110mL almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/4 cup granola
Method
Mix together chia seeds, Fertile Gut, cinnamon, vanilla and milk. Pop this into the fridge for 20 min and then layer your chia pudding with yoghurt, granola, nuts and some antioxidant packed berries for extra gut goodness!
