Prebiotic Brekky Crumble

Crumble is for breakfast! If you are stuck in a breakfast rut, add this to your morning menu. Packed with antioxidants and prebiotics it is a perfect gut loving boost to start your day.

Topping Ingredients

40 g low sugar granola

1 tbsp Fertile Gut

1/2 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tbsp melted nuttlex or coconut oil

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp macadamia nuts

Filling Ingredients

150 g apple and blueberries (peaches are great too!)

 

Method

Set oven to 180 degrees C / 355 F.

Mix topping ingredients together. Sprinkle topping over your chosen fruit and pop in the over for 20 min or until golden.

Serve with your favourite yoghurt and enjoy!
