Prebiotic Pancakes

A super simple way to pack your breakfast with prebiotic fibre so you are feeling fuller for longer!

Ingredients

3/4 cup wholemeal self raising flour

2 tbsp Fertile Gut

2 eggs

3/4 cup milk of choice

Method

Mix all ingredients together (you can throw in some cinnamon and vanilla if you want to jazz it up) and then cook in a non-stick pan. Berries are a great addition to the mix or you can throw some on top to serve with yoghurt for extra sweetness. 

A drizzle of maple syrup may be on the menu too if you like. Fertile Gut lowers the GI so your blood sugar levels wont spike. It's a win for hormone balance!
