Smoothie Bowl

Fertile Gut Smoothie

Anytime of day is perfect for a smoothie bowl! You can create any combo of your favourite flavours and top with high protein, low sugar granola for more gut loving goodness. Fruit is a great way to get more fertility boosting polyphenols into your day so give this smoothie bowl a try!


1 cup mixed frozen berries

1/2 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)

1/4 cup your favourite yoghurt

1 tbsp Fertile Gut



Blend the above ingredients together and you have a jam packed bowl of prebiotics and polyphenols that is low GI. Top with granola or a mix of nuts and seeds and some fresh fruit for extra fibre. One serve of fruit is one cup of mixed berries so with your fruit topping you have ticked off your two serves of fruit for the day in the one go!
