You can mix and match your berries or go solo. I have used blueberries or raspberries for a batch of muffin goodness!
Ingredients & Method
1 1/2 cups self raising wholemeal flour
1/4 cup Microbiome Essentials
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsbp chia seeds
Mix these ingredients together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl combine:
2 eggs
1/2 cups honey or maple syrup
1 cup natural Greek yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Combine your dry mix and wet ingredients into one bowl with gentle mixing. Add in one cup of berries and you are ready to bake!
These will take about 16-20 min at 170 degrees C / 450 F.
