This delicious and nutritious chia seed pudding is a perfect way to start your day. It's easy to make, customisable, and packed with gut-friendly ingredients.

Ingredients
40g chia seeds 100ml milk of choice 150g (75g to blend, 75g to layer) yoghurt, divided 1 Tbsp Microbiome Essentials 1 tbsp Maple syrup 2 tbsp Cacao Latte Berries of choice, to serve Coconut / chia to garnish
Method
In a blender, combine the chia seeds, milk, 75g of yoghurt, Cacao Latte and Microbiome Essentials until smooth.
Spoon half the chia mixture into a glass or jar, followed by half of the remaining yoghurt, and a layer of mixed berries.
Repeat the layers and top with a sprinkle of coconut.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, or overnight.
