Creamy Vanilla Berry Gut Protein Bowl

Ingredients

30 g Gut + Protein (vanilla)

¾ cup Greek yoghurt

½ cup frozen mixed berries

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp almond butter

¼ cup milk of choice

½ tsp vanilla extract

Toppings (optional): Fresh berries Coconut flakes Granola Drizzle of nut butter

Method

  1. Add all base ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until thick and creamy (add a splash more milk if needed).
  3. Spoon into a bowl.
  4. Top with berries, granola and coconut.
