If you've benefited from a discount on your first subscription order, a minimum of two subscription orders are required before cancelling. You can change or skip your orders at any time, but if you cancel your subscription before the second shipment has been received, you’ll be charged the regular price.
Once you’ve logged into your account, you can control everything yourself - we promise it’s easy. You’ll see when your next deliveries are planned at the top of your dashboard. Going on a trip and want to skip your next delivery? Easy. Click the Skip order: below that, you’ll see an Edit button. Click that and you’ll be able to change which products or flavours you receive. Customise the frequency of your orders by clicking on Edit in the 'Subscription Plan' section. You can also put your subscription on pause or cancel it.
Yes, changing the products in each of your subscription orders is possible.
To do so, you’ll need to access your subscription, which you can do by clicking the Log In button on the top right corner of the page and entering your email address. Once you’ve clicked the link received by email, you’ll be able to access your account and take control of your subscription.
To modify your subscription, simply scroll down the page. The first button you’ll see is ''Skip order'', which means your next scheduled shipment will be skipped. You can edit the frequency of your orders or manually enter a new date for your next charge, if, for example, you’re going to be away on vacation and want to schedule it for before you leave or after you return, by clicking on ''Re-schedule''.
You can add or remove items in your subscription by clicking ''Edit'' on the product you wish to change, but changes will only apply to orders that haven’t been charged and processed yet.
You can modify your personal or payment information easily at the bottom of your customer portal. If you have a discount count, you can apply it to specific subscription orders by entering your discount code, in the section right under your products.
If you want to cancel a subscription, you can click on ''Cancel subscription'', which is at the bottom of the list -but why would you want to do that?

Your Fertile Gut subscription renews automatically. According to your delivery schedule, you will receive a Fertile Gut box containing a variety of products chosen from your bundle (each “delivery”). You can find information regarding your bundle and Fertile Gut services in your (“account”) by accessing your account at www.fertile-gut.com site.
Once subscribed with Fertile Gut, you authorise Fertile Gut (or a third-party payment processor) to automatically charge your credit card on a recurring basis, according to your delivery schedule, without restriction, as long as your subscription is valid. Your subscription is considered ongoing until cancelled or suspended. You authorise Fertile Gut to charge recurring and automatic payments without any further need of authorisation. You can suspend your subscription as often as you wish within your user profile or by contacting us at hello@fertile-gut.com.
Discount codes that are communicated via emails, SMS, or any other platform are, for the most part, valid only on one-time purchases. These promo codes cannot be used on a subscription order, since it's not possible to combine two offers on the same order.
By activating a subscription through any promotional offer, including but not limited to Black Friday, Holiday sales, etc., you agree to the following terms and conditions. Subscriptions activated under promotional pricing are subject to a minimum commitment of 2 orders (or 1 subscription renewal). If the subscription is cancelled before the first renewal, the price difference between the regular price and the discounted price will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. To cancel a subscription before your 2 order, customers must contact our customer service team at hello@fertile-gut.com. Furthermore, if you benefited from an extra discount on your first order, the price will adjust to the standard subscription pricing for your upcoming orders. It is the subscriber's responsibility to initiate the cancellation process. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the automatic charge of the price difference to the credit card on file. By subscribing to our promotional offers, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Fertile Gut reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions and subscription terms at its discretion.
