High Protein White Chocolate Chip & Raspberry Muffins

Ingredients
2 Medium Bananas 60g Protein Powder 1 tsp Baking Powder 150g Flour 100g White Chocolate 150g Frozen Raspberries 70ml Almond milk 2 Large Egg Whites 1/2 cup coconut sugar 165g YoPro Protein Vanilla Yoghurt
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a muffin tray. 2. Mash banana in a bowl. 3. Add egg white, almond milk, and yoghurt, and mix. 4. Stir in protein powder, flour, baking powder, and sugar until combined. 5. Fold in white chocolate. 6. Spoon batter into muffin tray 7. Bake for 12–15 minutes.
