Looks like an açaí bowl from your favourite café (watch recipe below).
Tastes even better. And it’s quietly doing something for your gut while you eat it.
This is the M&M Protein Smoothie Bowl, made with Vanilla Gut + Protein and Microbiome Essentials. Both stir straight into the base. No weird taste, no clumps. Just a bowl that looks and tastes like dessert.
Meal prep tip: make 7 smoothie packs on Sunday, blend one each morning. Done.
Ingredients
150g frozen mixed berries
125g full-fat Greek yogurt
30g Fertile Gut Vanilla Gut + Protein Powder
5 grams (1 tbsp) Fertile Gut Microbiome Essentials
60g milk of choice
1 tsp honey
Toppings per bowl: 25g M&Ms
Fresh Strawberries
Coconut flakes
Method
Meal prep option: Divide frozen berries into 7 zip-lock bags and freeze. This makes it quick to grab and blend each morning.
To make one bowl: Add frozen berries, Greek yogurt, Protein, Microbiome Essentials, milk and honey (if using) to a blender.
Blend until thick and creamy. Keep the milk minimal. You want a scoopable consistency, not a drinkable smoothie. Only add a splash more if the blender needs help moving.
Pour into a bowl and top with M&Ms
