Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Weet-Bix

Peanut butter and banana for breakfast. Yes, every day. Here’s why your gut will thank you.

Overnight Weet-Bix topped with Greek yogurt, finished with fresh banana and a peanut butter drizzle. Prep Sunday night. Open the fridge all week.

Ingredients:

2 Weet-Bix

80ml milk

120g Vanilla Greek yogurt

30g Gut+Protein Vanilla Protein Powder 

1 serve (5 grams, 1tbsp) Fertile Gut Microbiome Essentials

20g natural peanut butter

60g banana, sliced

Method:

  1. Crush 2 Weet-Bix into a jar.
  2. Pour milk into the jar and stir to combine. Flatten into an even layer.
  3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with Fertile Gut Gut + Protein Powder and Microbiome Essentials until smooth.
  4. Pour yogurt mixture over Weet-Bix base.
  5. Top each jar with sliced banana and a drizzle of natural peanut butter.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.
