Ingredients
125 grams 85% dark chocolate
50 grams Nuttelex (or coconut oil)
3/4 Cup almond meal
1/4 Cup Fertile Gut
1/4 Cup cocoa powder
1/4 Cup maple syrup
3 eggs
Method
Set oven to 170 degrees C / 340 F.
Melt Nuttelex and chocolate together in a bowl over simmering water in a saucepan on the stove.
In a separate bowl whisk eggs and maple syrup. Drizzle in melted chocolate + Nuttelex mix.
Gently fold in almond meal, cocoa (sifted) and Fertile Gut Microbiome Essentials until there are no lumps. Pour mix into a square oven dish and sprinkle with some more choc bits if you like.
Place in the oven at 170 degrees C / 340 F for 15-17 min. Pull this out of the oven while it is still a bit gooey for the ultimate finish!
