Vanilla Protein Overnight Oats

These High-Protein Overnight Oats are one of my favourite ways to start the day feeling grounded, nourished, and strong from the inside out.

Oats for slow-release energy.

Chia for gentle fibre.

And Gut + Protein for that extra layer of support! The kind that helps you feel steady, balanced, and ready to lead with your gut all day long.

 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 30 g Gut + Protein
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional for extra fibre)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or a few drops vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup berries to top

Method

  1. Combine oats, Gut + Protein, chia seeds, and milk in a jar or container.
  2. Stir until smooth - add a splash more milk if too thick.
  3. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  4. In the morning, stir and top with fruit, nut butter, or crushed nuts/ granola.
