Bounty Baked Oats

When you should have breakfast… but you’re craving chocolate!

Instead of grabbing a “little treat” on the way to work (or just having 2 eggs and then still thinking about chocolate by 10am), try our Bounty Baked Oats.

Looks like a bounty, tastes like a bounty (so it actually hits the craving), and:

✅ high protein, so it actually holds you through the morning

✅ its meal-prep friendly! Bake once, cut into 6, grab 2 pieces and go


Recipe:

  • 40g Rolled Oats
  • 80g Fresh Banana
  • 40g Gut + Protein Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 10g Cacao Powder
  • 140g Light Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 20g Dessicated Coconut
  • 20g Maple Syrup

Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In an oven safe ramekin, mash the banana.
  3. Add the oats, protein powder, baking powder, cacao powder, half the coconut and milk. Mix together thoroughly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining coconut on top of the mixture.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Eat fresh, and store the rest in the fridge.
  7. Drizzle Maple Syrup over top fresh each time!
