Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls

Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls

Love bounty chocolate? This is for you!

These coconut bliss balls are simple, satisfying, and designed to support steady energy through busy afternoons.

Chocolatey. Coconut-rich. High in protein.

This recipe is an intentional upgrade on the classic bliss ball: balanced for blood sugar support, easy on digestion, and practical for real life.

These aren’t just a sweet bite.
They’re a grounding pause.
A reminder that nourishment can be both functional and enjoyable.

For women who want snacks that actually support them - not spike and crash - this one’s worth making.

INGREDIENTS

50g rolled oats
80g Gut + Protein vanilla protein powder
25g dark chocolate chips
30g maple syrup
100g dates
3 tbsp water
35g desiccated coconut
30g cocoa powder

METHOD

  1. Place dates in a small bowl, cover with boiling water, and soak for 5 minutes.
  2. Add dates (with soaking water) and all remaining ingredients to a food processor.
  3. Blitz until a dough forms - add a little extra water if needed.
  4. Roll into 10 even balls and store in the fridge.
Chocolate. Coconut. Calm energy, without the crash.
