Gut-Support Oat & Chia Protein Pudding

This high-protein, high-fibre chia pudding combines Gut + Protein with prebiotic-rich oats, chia seeds, and raspberries to nourish beneficial gut bacteria, support digestion, and promote steady glucose release throughout the morning.

Ingredients
320 g plant-based milk (or milk)
100 g raspberries
20 g pistachio paste
50 g fine oats
30 g Gut + Protein Powder (vanilla)
10 g chia seeds
80 g high-protein Greek yogurt

Method

1. Add the oats, chia seeds, Gut + Protein, and plant-based milk into a jar. Stir well to combine.

2. Gently mix in the raspberries and smooth the surface.

3. Spoon the Greek yogurt on top and spread evenly.

4. Finish with pistachio paste.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
