Prebiotic Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Instead of grabbing “a little something”, a couple of biscuits, a fun-size chocolate, or a spoon of peanut butter straight from the jar (then still feeling snacky 15 minutes later), try these Peanut Butter Protein Balls.

Ingredients

(7 serves)

70g Oats
2 Tbsp Microbiome Essentials
70g Gut + Protein Vanilla Protein Powder
70g Maple Syrup
70g Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
70g Dark Choc Chips

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until a dough forms

2. Roll the dough out into a cylinder on the bench

3. Chop the cylinder into 14 and roll into balls.

Store in the fridge! Each serve is 2 balls.
