Prebiotic Protein Blueberry Baked Oats

This baked blueberry oat bowl delivers fibre, protein, and microbiome-supporting ingredients in one simple recipe. Perfect for a gut-nurturing start to the day.

Ingredients (serves 1)

• 25 g rolled oats
• 20 g fresh banana
• 30 g Gut + Protein powder
• 140 g light milk
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 30 g frozen blueberries
• 10 g peanut butter

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In an oven safe ramekin, mash the banana.Ā 
  3. Add the oats, protein powder, baking powder, and milk. Mix together thoroughly.
  4. Put the frozen blueberries in the microwave for 30 seconds, and then add on top of the mixture.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Eat fresh, and store the rest in the fridge.
  7. Drizzle fresh peanut butter over each portion
