No baking. No complicated ingredients. Just something delicious to keep in the freezer for those moments you want a sweet snack that also helps you hit your protein goals.
Made with our Gut + Protein and Microbiome Essentials for a gut-friendly twist on a classic dessert favourite.
Makes 7 cups
Cookie dough: • 63g almond flour • 28g Fertile Gut Vanilla Protein Powder • 28g almond butter • 60g maple syrup • 4g vanilla extract • 1 serve Fertile Gut Microbiome Essentials • 35g dark chocolate chips
Chocolate top: • 56g dark chocolate, melted • 3/4 tsp coconut oil • Flaky sea salt
Method:
Mix almond flour, Vanilla Protein Powder, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla and Microbiome Essentials together until a thick dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
Divide the dough evenly between liners and press down firmly into an even layer.
Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil and spoon over each cup to create a smooth chocolate top.
Freeze for a minimum of 1 hour until set.
Peel out of liners and serve straight from the freezer.
Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
