Vanilla Protein Yoghurt Cups

These Vanilla Protein Yoghurt Cups are my go-to 3pm snack when I want something high-protein, satisfying, and grounded in simple ingredients.

Greek yoghurt & Gut + Protein brings that blend of protein, fibre, and science-backed nourishment that helps you feel centred, balanced, and ready to trust your gut for the rest of the day. And of course… a drizzle of melted dark chocolate, because strength and softness can co-exist!

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup Greek yoghurt (use ½ cup for thicker texture)
  • 30 g (1 scoops) Gut + Protein | Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp natural nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • Optional toppings: crushed nuts, sea salt, or cacao nibs

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yoghurt, Gut + Protein, and nut butter until creamy.
  2. Spoon the mixture into silicone muffin cup or ramekin.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle the mixture.
  4. Pop in fridge to set chocolate 10–15 minutes
