Simply combine ingredients in a jar, and let it sit overnight.

Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp Microbiome Essentials
1 tbsp Cacao Latte powder
1 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
squeeze of honey or maple syrup
squeeze orange juice
orange zest
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and transfer to a glass / container / ramekin.
Place in the fridge and leave overnight.
Enjoy breakfast!
