Here is our immune boosting smoothie packed with prebiotics and vitamin C to enhance butyrate production, reduce inflammation and boost your immune system! 


1 cup mango/pineapple/kiwi

1.5 cup milk

1 tbsp Microbiome Essentials

Squeeze lemon juice

½ tsp grated ginger


Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
