¾ Cup frozen mixed berries

2 tbsp yoghurt (higher protein yoghurt)

1 tbs Microbiome Essentials

Optional Toppings: granola, berries, nuts and seeds



Mix in blender and pop on your favourite toppings for a delicious start to the day.
