Prebiotic Breakfast Bowl Microbiome Essentials

Here's another delicious breakfast to add to your week. You can customise this prebiotic packed yoghurt bowl to include any nuts and seeds and fruit you have on hand.

The end result will be the same - a gut nurturing brekkie or snack that will support healthy blood sugar levels, nurture you microbiome and keep you feeling fuller for longer!

Ingredients

1 tbs nut butter
½ cup plain greek yogurt
cinnamon
honey
1 tbsp Microbiome Essentials
Seeds and nuts


Method

Whisk yoghurt and Microbiome Essentials and nut butter together. Top with cinnamon and honey and seeds + apple slices.
