Ingredients
4 large yellow peaches, halved and stone removed
1 large frozen banana
125g strawberries, stems removed
1 tablespoon tahini
1/2 cup yoghurt (plain or vanilla)
1 tablespoon Fertile Gut Microbiome Essentials
1 to 1 1/2 cups milk of your choice (oat milk is a good creamy choice)
Optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey to sweeten
Method
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until well combined. Makes 2 serves so be sure to share the love!
