This delicious smoothie bowl is packed with prebiotics to keep you feeling fuller for longer. Blend and enjoy!
Ingredients
Makes: 2 small smoothie bowls
1 cup frozen banana 1/2 cup frozen mango or pineapple 1 cup baby spinach 1/2 cucumber, diced 1 red apple, diced 1 cm ginger, grated Juice of half a lemon 2 tablespoons Fertile Gut Microbiome Essentials 1/4 cup coconut water
To serve
You can get creative but some suggestions include:
Fresh fruit
Coconut flakes
Optional granola
Hemp seeds
Method
Place all smoothie ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as required.
Add an extra 3 tablespoons of coconut water at a time if needed to assist with blending.
Pour into two small smoothie bowls and serve with suggested toppings or your toppings of choice.
