White chocolate and Cranberry Balls

These White Chocolate and Cranberry Balls are ideal to serve to your guests or can be made as the perfect little prebiotic packed snack to get you through the holidays.

With the inclusion of our Microbiome Essentials this recipe is rich in antioxidants, omega 3 fatty acids and active phytonutrients proven to promote the growth of beneficial microbes and restore gut balance.

Enjoy making this delicious gut-loving snack!


0.7 C rolled oats
0.25 C nut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ C dried cranberry and white choc chips
3 tbsp Microbiome Essentials
Mix together in a large mixing bowl. Add more nut butter if not sticky enough. If too wet add one more tablespoon Microbiome Essentials (or oats).

Place in fridge for 30 min before rolling dough into balls.
