Ingredients
1 cup Greek Yoghurt 2 tbsp Cacao 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp Microbiome Essentials 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
Method
Mix all together in a small glass / ceramic container or bowl. Stir and then leave to set in fridge.
