Prebiotic Chia Pudding

Prebiotic Chia Pudding

This chia pudding can be whipped up in a flash and packs over 10 g of prebiotic goodness per serve!

Ingredients

50g chia seeds

1 tbsp Fertile Gut

cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla

220 mL almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 cup frozen berries of your choice 

1/2 cup yoghurt

1/2 cup fresh berries of your choice 

Mint sprigs

Method

Mix together the chia seeds, Fertile Gut, cinnamon, vanilla and milk. 

Pop this into the fridge for 20 minutes to thicken. 

In a small saucepan add the frozen berries of your choice and bring to a boil. Boil gently for approximately 5 - 8 minutes until the berries have burst and become saucy. 

Layer your chia pudding with the berry compote, yoghurt and fresh berries. Add fresh mint to serve.
