Prebiotic Mango Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is packed with gut-loving ingredients to nourish and elevate your microbiome.

 
Ingredients
 
1 cup frozen mango
½ frozen banana, chopped into chunks
½ cup milk
½ avocado
½ tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp Microbiome Essentials
Top with any (or all) of the following: sliced kiwi, banana slices, berries, shredded coconut, granola, chia seeds
 
Method

Mix all ingredients together and then top with your chosen toppings.
